Jonas Knetsch is a professor of Civil and Comparative Law at the Sorbonne Law School at the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Before his PhD in Comparative Tort Law, he graduated from the University Panthéon-Assas (Paris 2) and from the University of Cologne. He previously held professorships at the University of Reunion Island and at the Jean Monnet University of Saint-Étienne. Professor Knetsch has published extensively in tort and insurance law as well as in private international and comparative law. He is a fellow of the European Centre of Tort and Insurance Law and has an associate membership of the International Academy of Comparative Law.

Synopsis:

La responsabilité civile au sein de l'entreprise II

• Responsabilité personnelle du dirigeant de l'entreprise (vis-à-vis d'un tiers et vis-à-vis de la société et de ses actionnaires) ;
• Responsabilité personnelle du salarié (vis-à-vis de son employeur et vis-à-vis d'un tiers)
