Ms Richa Dhar has more than a decade of experience in training and development, particularly in the areas of Train the Trainer, Behavioural, Soft Skills, Business Communication, Leadership and Women Empowerment. She has worked for Government of Japan as a Soft skills Trainer for 2 years. She is a certified Master Trainer from CAMI, US (Middle Earth HR) and a Competent Communicator from Toastmasters International, USA.

Moreover, she has conducted Management Development Programs for various organizations like Samsung, The Royal Bank of Scotland, Mizuho Bank, Bosch, COWI India, Fluor Daniels, GCP Applied Technologies, Doosan Power Systems, Tata Power, Zee Media, Network 18, Risk Management Services (RMS), Jindal stainless, Sentiss Pharma Pvt. Ltd., LT Foods Pvt. Ltd., SRF, F1 Info Solutions and Services, etc. She has also trained Participants from Institute of Management Studies Limited (Bhutan).  Ms Dhar has also delivered various Training programmes for government organisations like HPCL (Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited), NTPC (National Thermal Power Corporation Limited), IFFCO, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), GAIL (India) Ltd., RITES, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOCL) etc. and also trained the State Civil Service Officers.

Furthermore, she has also delivered workshops on topics like Train the Trainer, Time Management, Conflict Management, Negotiation Skills, Influencing Skills, Coaching and Mentoring for Managers, Team Building, Designing Data Intensive Presentations, Managerial Communication (verbal & non-verbal), Effective Managerial Skills, Interpersonal Communication, Change Management, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership and Motivation, Communication in Leadership and Enhancing Personal & Professional Performance etc.


Ms Mokshda Pertaub - Apart from her legal education and  legal career experience, Mokshda Pertaub is also  certified Soft Skills Trainer from the Centre for Excellence in Soft Skills ( Stanley David and Associates) Bangalore since 2004. She has conducted various Management Development Programs and Workshops for various organizations like GAIL, POWERGRID, NHPC,  IFFCO, MMTCS, PDIL, North East Police Academy, Delhi Police, Border Security Force, CISF, Indian Army ( DGR Resettlement,MES )  etc. Her training focuses on mainly 4 areas, namely: (1) communications and corporate training (2) gender and women empowerment training (3) legal and judicial training (4) Police and Army training.

This requires an awareness and sensitivity to the impact your behaviour has on others. Being able to respond confidently and professionally in a range of situations, including those that are difficult and stressful is essential to become a good communicator.

The success of a lawyer is not just a function of knowledge acquired but more importantly, how he communicates that knowledge appropriately in such a way that will make him stand out  and make a strong impact on those who receive the information he intends to communicate.

This workshop will enable participants to develop specific communication techniques which will be invaluable in a wide range of workplace situations. It will cover the main categories of behaviour within assertiveness: passive, aggressive and assertive and will give the opportunity to develop skills in dealing confidently and professionally with anyone. It will also equip them to handle conflicts with more confidence and clarity of goal.

Objectives:

• Communicate more assertively in the workplace
• Distinguish between constructive and destructive conflict
• Describe Stephen Karpman’s Drama Triangle and how to escape it
• Employ Assertive communication skills to manage conflict
• Choose from 5 effective conflict management styles
