The Chairman of the Equal Opportunities Commission, Mr Khalid Tegally

Mr Khalid Tegally is the Chairman of the Equal Opportunities Commission. He has had a rich career in the legal arena, serving as Senior Magistrate at the Intermediate Court and as the Principal State Counsel at the Attorney General’s Office as from the year 1990 to 1995. He was the Chairman of the Tax Appeal Tribunal as from the year 1995 to 2004. Mr. Tegally has also occupied the post of President for the Permanent Arbitration Tribunal in 2004.
